Hazel Jabines Maghanoy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Concordia College and further advanced her education by completing a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner at United States University. She is fully licensed as both a Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP), providing compassionate, high-quality care.

In clinical practice, Hazel is known for building strong patient relationships, applying evidence-based practices, and advocating for equitable, holistic care. She is passionate about healthcare innovation, preventative medicine, and supporting underserved communities.

Outside of clinical work, Hazel enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, camping, and traveling to different parts of the world.
